On April 10, 2017, the RA Administrative Court, presided by judge K. Avetisyan, announced the judgment resulted from the examination of the claim of missing person’s mother Svetlana Sargsyan and her representative T. Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, against the RA Ministry of Defense.

Today, the General Jurisdiction Court of Armavir marz (region) was to hold a next-in-turn court hearing under the examination of the complaint of Ani Chatinyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor and representative of victim’s successor on annulling the decree of Armavir Marz (region) Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee of April 26, 2016 on discontinuing the criminal proceedings on the case and not prosecuting the other persons involved in the fight with Anzor Karapetyan.

Still before the parliamentary elections “Zhoghovurd” Daily informed that Serzh Sargsyan had warned the candidates of parties on the national rating lists not to go beyond the bounds by trying to steal the votes of their team member. As reported before, HCA Vanadzor and its observer challenge the lawfulness of the actions of district election commission №14 at the RA NA elections of April 2, 2017. Note that upon noticing cases when the same person assisted for 3 times persons unable to vote independently at polling station №14/10 in Armavir marz (region), O.A., who conducted observation mission within ‘Independent Observer’ Alliance, suggested that the commission chairperson recorded the fraud in the register but was denied. A relevant complaint was also rejected by the district election commission №14 insisting that the fraud was recorded.
