Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor has submitted suggestions on the RA Draft Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Commerce and Services.
As stated by Hovik Matinyan, resident of Gyulagarak village in Lori Region, he is unjustly accused of robbery.

On June 30, 2018, Artur Sakunts, Chairman of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, had a meeting at Vanadzor Civil Youth Center with citizens interested in human right and challenges of human rights protection in new Armenia.
Today, on July 3, 2018, the RA Criminal Court of Appeal rejected the complaint filed by journalist Arpi Makhsudyan and HCA Vanadzor Chairman Artur Sakunts. A complaint was filed with the Court against the decision of June 27, 2017 on terminating the criminal case initiated on the basis of the report on the actions of the police officers who had entered the journalist’s house in last year’s May.
Since 1998, overall 41 death cases in Lori Region and Shirak Region have not been solved to date. One of them is at the stage of preliminary investigation.
A group of detainees of Nubarashen Penitentiary Institution transferred an open letter addressed to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to HCA Vanadzor Chairman Artur Sakunts and asked to publish it.
