|Goal:||to promote development of anti-discrimination culture in the RA. The Project aims to assist in developing anti-discrimination approaches among the RA police officers.|
|The Project envisages the actions below:||- develop modules for re-training of RA police officers and training of RA Police Educational Institution students on general prohibition of discrimination, the effective legal guarantees against discrimination in the RA and their proper application;- test and improve the modules developed and make arrangements for further application of the Project outcomes.|
|Results:||The Project is in progress.|
We hereby express our concern about the presented Draft and urge the National Assembly of RA not to adopt the Draft in its current form but form a commission comprising the stakeholder sector, individual experts, and organizations, in order to improve all the problematic provisions mentioned above.

The negative attitude of the Russian Federation towards the Platform is due to the revelations by Golos Association, which is a Russian member of the Platform. Those revelations always expose electoral fraud and violations in the RF. Golos was labelled a “foreign agent” by the RF Ministry of Justice yet in 2014, and the persecution and restrictions against its members as well as the attempts to discredit them are of a continuous nature.

In 2017 4 citizens were fined for dumping garbage not in designated areas in Vanadzor. The amount of each fine was 20,000 AMD. In all the cases construction waste was dumped not in designated areas.
In conclusion, the inadequate research conducted by Lydian, and its inexperience in the mining field as well as the financial shortcomings to counteract these resulting environmental issues, make the Amulsar mining operation a high risk project, which should be reconsidered by officials and investors.
