Aim 2: Foster the dissemination of the idea of human rights, the spread and expansion of the human rights movement;
Aim 3: Foster the establishment and development of civil oversight over the state and local self-government bodies;
Aim 4: Foster the building of an organizational culture and institutional capacity.
In the framework of the project, legal support was provided to 946 citizens. 9 cases were initiated aimed at the recovery of material and moral damage. The number of precedent cases conducted by the lawyers of the Organization constituted 190, 69 of which were at the trial stage. 34 applications were submitted 34 cases to the ECtHR, and 4 cases were communicated. The violated rights of 284 citizens were restored.
Prompt response was provided, and monitoring of the situation of human rights was conducted, on the basis of which 44 reports and information papers were prepared and published.
Training sessions were conducted aimed at building the capacity of the target groups of the Organization. The Organization, together with human rights organizations, activists, civil initiatives and networks, put forward 55 joint statements on the human rights situation in the RA. Observation of the elections to the National Assembly and the local self-government elections in Yerevan was conducted.
In the framework of the project, legislative analyses were conducted aimed at changing the legislative and law-enforcement practices and making them comply with international standards. And proposals were elaborated, the majority of which were submitted to relevant decision makers.
26 of the submitted 126 proposals were accepted; 23 were accepted in part, while 63 were rejected. 14 are at the stage of being discussed.

The participants had the opportunity to receive answers to the questions that they were concerned about as well as to personally present the existing documents on the examinations of their state of health to the specialists of the Organization in order to receive consultation from the expert doctor.
The existing issues in the list (the list was approved under Decision 404-N of the RA Government) of diseases determining the degree of citizens’ or servicemen’s fitness for military service are the center of HCA Vanadzor’s attention.
