While reviewing the Organization’s strategic plan recently, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor has also conducted an analysis of the situation in RA after September 3, 2013.
The analysis addressed Armenia’s joining the Eurasian Economic Union, the Constitutional Amendments following it as well as tendencies to escalations of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and challenges to human rights protection in RA.
This analysis makes part of HCAV’s Strategic Plan.
