Conscript V. H., who has been receiving regular deferment since 2014, was recognized as fit for military service with some restrictions by the RA Central Military Medical Commission in January 2017. However, the conscript, disagreeing with the decision, refused to leave for military service.

In response to the Plaintiff’s question as to why in that case he had pleaded guilty during the preliminary examination, the Defendant responded that the prosecutor had urged him to undertake that step. Lori TV editor-in-chief Narine Avetisyan’s representatives have applied to the Court with the claim to receive a copy of the expert conclusion
On October 23, 2017 the body conducting the proceedings refused to provide Lori TV editor-in-chief/journalist Narine Avetisyan’s representatives with a copy of the conclusion of the forensic examination.
Receiving a copy is one of the possible ways of familiarizing oneself with the expert conclusion and the aggrieved party has the right to it under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RA.
In regard to the counter-claim, T. Siradeghyan insisted that the assembly was peaceful; hence, the Police had to support the assembly. And the police officers had to show up, regardless of the fact whether they were in uniforms or not.

A woman whose son K. Gh. studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Yerevan State University alerted HCA Vanadzor in October of this year, informing that there was no partial tuition reimbursement provided to her son who participated in the Four-day War.
