The program aired by “Lori TV” on February 25, was devoted to the “Impact of drugs on the behaviour of drug users and its negative consequences.” The guest of the program was the coordinator of HCA Vanadzor Arthur Sakunts.

On January 19, 2008, the legal problems of the drug addict citizens were discussed on the air of Lori TV channel. The organizer of the television program was HCA Vanadzor office, which is realizing “Legal Support to Vanadzor Drug Addict Citizens” project.

On December 24, a TV program took place within the framework of the project “Legal Assistance to Drug Users” implemented by HCA Vanadzor. The topic of the program was “The problems of drug users in the sphere of healthcare.” Citizens had the chance to make phone calls during the program and get answers to their questions.

International organizations find that drug addiction is an illness and not a crime. But so far Armenia has considered it a crime. Both national legislation and public opinion also come to prove this. The project “Legal Support to Drug Users and Their Families” implemented by HCA Vanadzor has the same goal as international organizations.

On October 31st, 2007, in the office of HCA Vanadzor the project “Legal Assistance to Drug Users” was presented to the representatives of local media and NGOs.

On August 16, 2007 a seminar/training took place in Vanadzor Press Club. The goal of the seminar was to familiarize the employees of the juridical department of HCA Vanadzor with the Ukrainian experience in the sphere of providing the representatives of vulnerable groups with legal assistance.
