Against Gender Discrimination

On March 21, 2011, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor organized an event on “Against Gender Discrimination”, which was dedicated to the International day for the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination within the annual European-wide Action Week against racism initiated by UNITED European Network against Nationalism, Racism, Fascism and in Support of Migrants and Refugees.

According to Artur Sakunts, “One Nation” behavior is typical of the early medieval inquisition


“No to Armenian National Movement press”, “No to opposing sects”, “No to Levon-supporting sects” these flyers are posted in the various streets of Yerevan by the “One Nation” political party but this is not something new to the RA citizens.

Religious Tolerance in Vanadzor


“The issue of freedom of conscience still remains a problem and it is the first indicator for human rights situation”-mentioned Arthur Sakunts, the coordinator of HCA Vanadzor, during the discussion on “Religious Tolerance in Vanadzor” held at Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly-Vanadzor office on March 21, 2009. It was organized within the framework of the International day for the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination during the UNITED action week against racism.
