Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor

The Independent Observer Alliance starts the long-term observation of the elections of local self-government bodies to be held on 25 September 2022.

On August 27-28, the training of the long-term observers and coordinators of the Alliance was held.

During the training,  the structure, goals and methodology of the observation mission were presented to the long-term observers․ The observers got to know their functions, rights, obligations and conduct rules․

Potential practical issues were identified through role plays of interviews and observation of campaign gatherings, and their solutions were discussed. 

Together, we discussed the political situation in the communities, the trajectory of nominated parties and candidates.
