On October 1, the guests of HCAV were the German tourists, who paid a familiarization visit to Armenia.

The chairman of the Organization, Artur Sakunts, represented the background history of the HCAV founding, its structure, and target areas. A special reference was made to the problems of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh as a result of military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno Karabakh on September 19, 2023, as well as to the problems of persons seeking asylum in Armenia due to Putin's dictatorial regime.
