Human rights defender Artur Sakunts posted on his Facebook page, ‘Adoption of this law will violate the right to privacy of private life, and the adoption of such laws can not be considered grounded in any way for any purpose to ensure the security of a democratic state. 

After the amendments to the law on NGOs, this is intended to be the second disgraceful amendment and we cannot consider this approach acceptable.  

I exhort to refuse even the idea of adopting such a law.
