The study was implemented by Law Development and Protection Foundation in the frame of the project “Labor rights protection in the Republic of Armenia” jointly with experts of the Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center, Protection of Rights without Borders, Education and Solidarity, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor and independent experts with the support of Open Society Foundations-Armenia.
Issues studied include:
- enforced or compulsory labor,
- child labor,
- prohibition of discrimination,
- employment contracts,
- compensation of an employee,
- accidents in the workplace.
