In the state of emergency, how is medical examination supposed to be conducted to start contract military service?

The citizen, who applied to HCA Vanadzor, asked how medical examination was to be conducted to join contract military service. The citizen was referred for a medical examination before a state of emergency was declared in the RA. 

 

Our specialists found out that after the state of emergency was declared, the hospital has been closed for all types of visits. Also, an inquiry was sent to competent bodies to get precise information.
