On December 27, 2019, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor published a video where Lentrush Kostanyan, 89-year-old resident of Yeghegnut village, tells about the abuses made in the village during the tenure of Misha Hovhannisyan, former head of the village.
In January 2020, Misha Hovhannisyan, former head of Yeghegnut village, applied to HCA Vanadzor and presented his clarifications.
