The president of the organization, Artur Sakunts, presented the background of the establishment of the HKAV office, its structure and target areas. Special attention was paid to the problems of people who were forcibly displaced due to the military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19, 2023, and who took refuge in Armenia due to the Putin dictatorship.
On October 1, the guests of the HKAV office were German tourists who had made a study visit to Armenia.
