The RA Government implements actions on providing a non-recurrent financial support to employees and individual entrepreneurs working in spheres affected by the spread of coronavirus, as well as to those who have children under 18 and have social difficulties as a result of the current situation. These are the 8th and the 9th actions of the Government and the RA Labor and Social Affairs envisages that it will be possible to submit electronic applications on online.ssa.am website since April 10, 2020.

However, today a number of citizens contacted us, alarming that the online program still lacks the section to be filled in for the submission of the application, and as a result, they were unable to fill in the application.

We tried to contact the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs by 011-300-114, 1-14 hotline and 010-52-08-30 phone numbers provided on their website. After a few calls, we managed to talk to the relevant specialist of the Ministry, who informed us that at that moment there were certain problems in regard to the electronic application for the 8th action and it will be available to fill in since April 13, 2020, while applications for the 9th action will be possible to fill in since April 15, 2020.
