State structures have restricted the acceptance of paper documents due to the state of emergency. We tried to find out how military commissariats organize their work.

As a result of our phone calls, we managed to find out that Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor military commissariats have ceased the circulation of documents.

We also managed to get in touch with military commissariats of Lori, Gegharkunik, Ararat and Syunik regions. They still continue receiving applications and health state documents in paper version.

Though  some military commissariats still maintain circulation of paper documents, we were also informed that it is possible to organize online circulation of documents at the official email address of the RA Ministry of Defense: the Ministry will forward the letters to the relevant bodies. Citizens, too, may receive documents  by MoD email.
