In June, 2017, HCA Vanadzor applied to the RA Judicial Department asking to get comments on the inaccessibility of military cases in Datalex system.

It should be noted that as a result of searching for military cases in the system, limited information appears on the screen with ‘Information limited’ note and when one tries to open a case, a new window opens up with the note ‘You are not eligible to view this case’.

The RA Judicial Department explained it by the installation of new technological solutions in the system but did not specify deadlines of the problem solution.

More than a year later, in August 2018, the problem was still present. And taking this fact into account, for the second time, HCA Vanadzor applied to K. Poladyan, head of the RA Judicial Department.

In the letter addressed to the head of the RA Judicial Department, we asked for information on the stage of technological improvements in Datalex, what they suppose and when they will be completed.

The RA Judicial Department informed in the letter sent on September 5, 2018,  that the process of installing new technological solutions envisage developing the functionality of the system, making information on court cases accessible online, processing smart systems of  creating judicial acts, presenting information confidential by law in a deindividualized way and other possibilities.

Deputy Head of the RA Judicial Department N. Gabrielyan also informed that the works are still underway and they will inform about it once they are finished.

With regard to the limitation on military cases, N. Gabrielyan informed that works on making the information accessible were ongoing and would be completed in a month.

Today, we can already state that the problem has been solved. The links on military cases with limited view accessibility given in the previous publication are already accessible.
