The Aliyev-Erdogan Siamese tandem, which considers peace, ceasefire, and renunciation of weapons as a sign of weakness, and for which human life is nothing, is a threat to the existence of human civilization and not just Artsakh or Armenia.
Every effort should be made by international organizations on all platforms to take measures to address this threat and to stop further escalation of the conflict with targeted sanctions and other immediate measures against the Turkish and Azerbaijani regimes.
