Report on 02/06/2023 and 21/06/2023 visits to Shirak region Child and Family Support Center

On June 2, June 21, and August 3, 2023, the Group of Observers conducting observation in care institutions made unannounced visits to Shirak region Child and Family Support Center.
The Group has received comments from the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs regarding the first two visits, which have been published along with the report.
An additional report will be published regarding the August 3 visit.
