The “Independent Observer” alliance, emphasizing civil control over electoral processes at all stages, observes during the “pre-voting” conducted by the CP party in Gyumri, considering it not only a political but also an election process.
The representatives of the “Independent Observer” travel around Gyumri with the CP party groups conducting the survey (pre-voting), and also monitor the counting of “votes” and related processes.
Observation will be conducted on all three days of polling (December 8, 9, 10) and preliminary evaluations will be given on Wednesday, December 11.
