7 joint quick response groups of Vanadzor legal clinic and “Informed protected voter” initiative observe the election process in Lori region.
By 3:00 p.m. quick response groups had observed more than 35 precinct centers in more than 15 communities.
Quick response groups continue their work.
Addition
On the voting day, quick response groups managed to be in about 80 precincts of 38 communities.
