On November 26, 2018, Ursula Gacek, head of the OSCE / ODIHR observation mission which is to be done for NA snap elections on December 9, 2018, and other representatives of the mission met with HCA Vanadzor chairman Artur Sakunts.
They discussed actions to be taken by the observation missions during the forthcoming NA snap elections and other questions pertaining to the electoral process.
