Securing the right to health in Penitentiary institutions in the conditions of the pandemic

The aim of the project is to promote the human rights of detainees, in particular detainees with mental health issues in the conditions of the pandemic.  

• To ensure the compliance of domestic legislation with international standards of regulations in penitentiary institutions in the conditions of the pandemic.
• To raise the level of securing the right to health in penitentiary institutions.
