During and after the war unleashed on 27 September 2020 by Azerbaijan, numerous citizens have been applying to HCA Vanadzor, hoping to get information on the regulations and procedures in place for applying to get compensations for servicemen missing and servicemen who received injuries/mutilations as a result of the hostilities.
