On day 2 of the 3-day First International Conference entitled ‘Healthcare and Human Rights’ launched on November 7, 2016 Ani Chatinyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor, presented reports on ‘Violations of persons’ right to health in terms of provision of medical services: examples of criminal justice’.

 

The report referred to the violations of the right to life due to failure to provide proper medical care and services and the issues identified in the criminal justice under their investigation.

 

In this context, individual cases processed by the Organization are presented.
