Project goal is to contribute to effective implementation of commitments undertaken by the Republic of Armenia within the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement 

Project objectives are

1. Monitor implementation of the roadmap in target areas
2. Raise public awareness about obligations by the RA under CEPA in target areas.

Establishment of responsible Police based on the values of Human rights as a guarantee of public trust
Monitoring threats to the activities of civil activists and human rights defenders in the post-Soviet space of the OSCE region
Implementation of anti-corruption treaties and standards by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems
