Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor

Informed by the grave concern over the growing atrocities and human rights crisis in Ukraine, nongovernmental organizations and advocates addressed  the Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and Minority Leader  Mitch McConnell, urging them to support efforts to hold the perpetrators of these and other abuses accountable through a strong reauthorization of the Global Magnitsky Act of 2016.
