Last week, the HCAV  announced that in 2016-2022, 125 persons were appointed as judges, 32 of them lacking oath texts.

The organization submitted an information request to the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia to obtain the list of judges appointed from 2016 to 2022 and copies of the oath texts signed by the judges appointed during the same period.

According to the received information, 125 judges were appointed, 32 of whom did not have the  oath texts in their personal files.

The Department of Justice responded to our announcement and sent copies of the oath texts of 32 judges.
