“Saghatelyan v. Armenia” case observations and the Government’s answers published

Observations made by OSF-Armenia, HCA Vanadzor, Transparency International Anticorruption Center, Protection of Rights without Borders NGO, Law Development and Protection Foundation, and Helsinki Committee of Armenia in regard to “Saghatelyan v. Armenia” case, and the Government’s answers were published.  

The observations were presented in a manner prescribed by Council of Europe Committee of Ministers Rule 9.2 on the  supervision of the execution of judgments and on the terms of friendly settlements.
