On October 29, 2018, the RA Administrative Appeal Court rejected the RA Ministry of Justice Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service’s appeal against the decision made by the RA Administrative Court on May 18, 2017.  

On May 18, 2017, based on the claim of Yerevan city resident Anush Poghosyan and her representative HCA Vanadzor lawyer T. Siradeghyan, the RA Administrative Court decided on recognizing unlawful the actions of resuming completed enforcement proceedings by senior enforcement officer at Avan and Nor-Nork Division of Yerevan city of the RA Ministry of Justice Compulsory Enforcement Service.

Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service appealed the decision of the Administrative Court on June 26, 2017.
