Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor

On October 20, 2018, within the framework of HCA Vanadzor trainings on the rights of conscripts and servicemen, a training was held in Aygestan village of Ararat region.

The series of trainings commenced in 2018. 

The trainings are aimed at informing persons subject to conscription, conscripts, servicemen and their relatives on their rights and responsibilities, provide information on the latest legislative amendments. During the training, participants will familiarize with their rights and responsibilities during pre-conscription, conscription and military service period, the activity of bodies involved in conscription process, necessary procedures, in particular, conscription, notification, medical examination, decisions, appeal mechanisms in case of not agreeing with the decisions made and other questions.
