Earlier today, 5 civil society organizations, including HCAV, made a statement expressing their concerns regarding the RA Draft Law on making amendments and addenda to RA Constitutional Law “RA Judicial Code”. We thus voice our concern that the draft developed by the RA Ministry of Justice and recently published on www.e-draft.am unified website for publication of draft legal acts causes serious issues in terms of legal certainty and predictability of justice.

HCAV also prepared a separate position and submitted it to the RA Ministry of Justice.
