A number of civil society organizations from Armenia and Artsakh/NK developed a report on ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????????????????? to briefly illustrate the situation of the Anti-Armenian hatred and aggression in the Republic of Azerbaijan, which generate an existential threat to the indigenous Armenian people of Artsakh. Report is addressed to the international organizations, including institutions of the UN, Council of Europe, OSCE, NATO and others concerned with human rights, anticipating recognition of the right of Artsakh people to self-determination to prevent ethnic cleansing.
