We address persons who have taken refuge in the Republic of Armenia, citizens of CIS member states (such as the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, etc.) who have been forced to leave their countries due to political persecution—for instance, for criticizing their government’s policies, condemning the aggression against Ukraine, refusing to participate in this aggressive war, etc. 

If you notice attempts - inquiries, meeting proposals, external observations - by persons posing as state officials, especially law enforcement officers, of your country of citizenship, or by persons unknown to you, in civilian clothing, we inform you that these actions are illegal and subject to criminal liability.
