On 1 May 2020, call-up preparation works commenced. The actual call-up will be conducted during 1 July - 30 August.
As the RA Defense Ministry informed HCA Vanadzor earlier, though since March 1 the RA Defense Ministry territorial subdivisions and medical commissions have stopped working and hospitals have been prohibited to provide services to citizens, there is an agreement with the territorial outpatient polyclinic institutions to conduct medical examination of conscripts since April 1, in accordance with the daily patient throughput capacity.
We already receive alarms that conscripts are being called for medical examination in large groups. In Abovyan military commissariat, though face coverings and gloves are provided, a few dozens of conscripts gather in a very small area.
As a matter of fact, at least the rule of keeping physical distance is not kept.
Besides, the principle of confidentiality of personal data is not kept, as simultaneously 3 conscripts enter the same room to visit different doctors.
Once again we call on to strictly adhere to all the safety rules, provide physical distance during the organization of medical examination both in office rooms and in the waiting room.
Conscripts, who witness violation of safety rules established to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the doctor’s room or in queue to undergo a medical examination, may apply to HCA Vanadzor with contacts presented below.
