Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor

On 23 October 2022, HCAV hosted participants of the international study visit “Civil Society-Youth work: the added values” in the frame of EU’s Erasmus+ programme. 

37 participants from 16 countries visited HCAV to get to know the activity of civil society and human rights NGOs. Armine Sadikyan, HCAV Coordinator of Department of Oversight of Defence and Security Sector,  presented the activity and main directions of the Organization. In addition, answering the programme participants’ questions, she spoke about the internal political situation of the country and human rights challenges in various spheres.

The participants noted that the visit was very interesting, and stressed that the Organization’s activity and the issues it addresses are relevant and vital.
