We continue recording success stories in the frame of the Decent Work Now project.

Due to legal support of HCAV and advocate Tiruhi Vardanyan’s efforts, 42 former employees of Avtogen-M LLC restored their right to a fair remuneration.

Avtogen-M employees did not get their salaries for different months from 2014 till 2023. According to part one of Article 129 of the Labor Code, “Salary shall be calculated every month and paid to employees on working days at least once a month by the 15th of the following month”.

With HCAV support, former employees of Avtogen-M submitted applications to the RA Health and Labor Inspectorate, proceedings were initiated, as a result of which Avtogen-M LLC paid its employees’ unpaid salaries, which amounted to a total of AMD 8 104 900.
