“Transitional justice is an inevitable and necessary step aimed at the formation of a totally new culture of democracy and pluralism”, says HCA Vanadzor Chairman Artur Sakunts during the discussion on “Transitional justice: A Way to the Establishment of Solidarity and Struggle against Hate Speech”.
He mentions that transitional justice is not a simple justice, it is about non-judicial justice and the culture of restoring justice.
Solidarity can be formed only based on truth, where there is no place for manipulation. Hate speech is based on falsifying information on a phenomenon or a fact, and if you restore the truth, you deprive them of the opportunity to manipulate or falsify.
